UX Design Process Improvement

My internal client asked for a comprehensive and consistent process for evaluating the quality and effectiveness of UX/CX/UI broadband troubleshooting flows, and be able to confidently use that information to identify opportunities for improvements and measure the success of those solutions. I led a team of UX Designers in discovery, analysis, and formulation of key metrics and the mechanisms we would use to capture, evaluate and share the resulting information.
