A fun lil' Easter illu.
Did a sketch of one of my friends and digitally painted it.
And another self portrait, this time a caricature. To explain the atomic explosion: that's what happens every time I tie my hair.
Martin Scorsese, done for the facebook group Caricaturama Showdown 3000
Ralph Fiennes / Voldemort hybrid - Done for the facebook group "Caricaturama Showdown 3000"
My interpretation of Poseidon (as a sea dragon god) trying to prevent Odysseus' ship from proceeding further. But nothing can stop someone with a strong will. It was a journey that took him and his crew twenty years to reach the finish line.
The Sheepster - Well, how to explain this one? From time to time I have those thoughts. I am pushing myself latelly to sketch it down in order to illustrate it. It's the equivalent to a facebook status update or tweet.
Self portrait - skin tone study
2. Michael Schumacher, done for the FB group Caricaturama Showdown 3000
3. My mother as her favorite actress, Audrey Hepburn. The theme was of course "Breakfast at Tiffany's".
A recap of the tv show "True Detective"
I live in Toronto and this year's winter can actually count as a real canadian winter. So I imagined how it would be to be a Saint Bernard back in those days when they were being used as rescue dogs in the Swiss Alps. Entirely done in Corel Painter X3. Took me long enough to find my favorite alrounder brush. It is located in the "oils" section.
