The magazine is distributed primarily by Finnish embassies; it is also distributed at international trade events and seminars showcasing Finnish know-how."

The 2014 issue can also be read online at Issuu. In March, Focus will be available in Spanish, German and Russian; in the spring the Chinese version will be published."
