As a ux researcher at Traveloka based in Thailand, I work under the product design team but in thailand we only have Researcher and Writer So, All the data i collected will be delivered it to Design team in Indonesia team (Head quarter). However, i got an opportunity to do primary research which collect data from user interview and translate into personas plus, conducting a concept testing and usability testing.
