Editorial photoshoot focused on six garments from my collection FW-22 "Retro Rebel".
This editorial looks for the expression of a personal and dark feeling of inner-self.
Who do I become when I lose control? Or maybe that’s where I meet the real me.
The primary features that create the atmosphere of this concept are bold expressions, movement, and contrasting light. Using as inspiration, the punk and skinhead scene, mainly its aesthetics and its character, daring, heavy and rough. Taking this and combining it with soft and genuine feeling of femininity avoiding any bit of male gaze and stereotypical good girl composure, to create a sort of comfort space for real “femininity”.
