VISUM
A stop-motion animation dealing with illegal immigration in Germany. It shows an exotic bird couple facing several difficulties and barriers on their way to a safe hatchery for the upcoming fledgling. On their trip they are meeting characters that represent ignorance, the state authority, helpfulness and cruel exploitation.
The animation is published in combination with a print publication showing personal life stories of illegal immigrants through individual interviews. An insight of the project be seen here.
