Agent Workspace - An Experimental Proposal

As contact center agents have a lot of switching to do between different tickets and customer information pages, I wanted a compact interface that they could land on, see a list of tickets that need work on, and easily click between different tickets without the hassle of internal tabs. Here only the meta info of the tickets would be visible to the agents.
I experimented a different layout for the listing with details of how the details would look like. I took a more conversational approach to add a human factor to the screens. Event tickets are renamed to Conversations. On the left-most panel I imagined a Customer Detail section along with maybe Customer History and previous conversations.
Here I tried yet another listing layout. I also tried another layout for the customer panel and ways to contact the customer. Showing where the customer was last active would help the agent to reach out to the customer quickly
