In a modern city, the park has long ceased to be just a place for people to walk, school excursions and “cultural leisure” for adults on weekends. He must be a full participant in urban life, able to compete on an equal footing with museums, cinemas and restaurants. The park is a pedestrian zone and public space that attracts citizens to the apartments.
According to the project, the area around the apartments was to be transformed into a landscape park - a carefully designed public space, the structure of which takes into account the needs of the building and its visitors, as well as heavy traffic and pedestrian traffic, as well as the requirements of the city authorities regarding streets and city squares.
Park amphitheater in front of the building - an open-air foyer that will become a continuation of the interior spaces of the building and will act as a prologue while the interior space is being built. It will be able to hold events by merging the new pedestrian area in the basement of the building with an open area along the square, attracting pedestrians and providing them with a convenient and pleasant route to the museum complex.
