Story Telling ....

Idli, steamed rice cakes, is a staple south Indian breakfast and is one of my favorite meals. Here I tried to recreate some of my memories of idlis being prepared for train journey back in India. 

These Idlis coated with spicy lentil powder is wrapped in banana leaf and paper is light weight, eco friendly and travel friendly. This was great learning experience and so much fun.
