Ranbir Singh Archive - Booklet Design

This is an incredible story of a forgotten freedom fighter - Ranbir Singh.
'To be hanged by the neck until he be dead’ was not just declared for Bhagat Singh. Ranbir Singh was accused of being an active terrorist by the British government and was awarded the Death sentence in 1931 for the Punjab Governor Shooting Conspiracy Case. He remained in a condemned cell in Lahore Central Jail for about 8 months, was acquitted by the Punjab High Court, and then released in March 1932. He was a member of the Hindustan Socialist Republican Army (HSRA) from 1928-31 and was nominated as a Civilian Governor of Punjab in 1929 by HSRA.
