139 CENTRE STREET - MIXED-USE PROPERTY 
WRG - Pitch for Landlord Representation —2008

Collaborated with sales team to create a brochure mock-up for a Landlord Representation pitch. Created the layout, color palette, and graphic assets for the bilingual double-fold brochure. This marketing collateral was designed to engage the target demographic (Chinatown Realtors). Property highlights were written in both English and Chinese.
