DiDi food launched in Mexico in 2019. The focus was on creating the brand from zero including branding, pr, social media, media, crisis.
The playbook creation was essential for DiDi to launch so it was a priority including tag linea, clear CTA, visuals, content creators guidelines for restaurants, couriers and consumers.
