Able is a clothing brand that aims to provide sustainable jobs for Ethiopian women so they could create a better future for themselves and their families. It is the first company to publish it’s minimum wage, give every women a share in the company, 100 percent free healthcare, full maternity coverage and a flexible work schedule.
I created an ad campaign for the brand which aims to realize that every individual is equally important in the process of creating a brand. The playing cards is denoting that the woman in the factory and the woman drafting charts for a board room meeting are equally indispensable in creating a product. They are both utterly amazing QUEENS!
