As part of the ''ClimCity'' project, implemented by the NGO Expeditio, last spring and autumn, students from two primary schools in Podgorica had the opportunity to attend workshops on cities and climate change. The workshops are part of the project "School Garden - Integral Classroom" and are implemented by partners from the organization Eco Logic from Podgorica.
All young workshop participants received a T-shirt for which I made this illustration.
Here you can see part of the process. Although I preferred the first idea, with this playful character of a robot, the idea with students - gardeners still prevailed.
The final look of the illustration as a screen printing surprised me - the printers changed the yellow color without my knowledge. Despite everything, it doesn't look so bad. (Notice the white lines that have turned orange, I just love that accent!) :)
