During the 2012 Guanajuato’s State elections, I took photographs of almost every stage of it, from the candidate registrations and debates, to the election day and winner announcement.
After that my boss came up with the idea of design a Photographic memory book of the 2012 elections and print it.
Although most of the pictures show it in the book are mine, we were very lucky to gather a great amount of pictures from colleagues and citizens.
I storage and file (by date and event name) more than 1200 pictures, which my boss review and selected more than 200. Those were converted to grayscale and edited to fit the layout.
It took us almost three months to come up with the final design and send it to print.
The result, one of the best projects I’ve been involved with.
