Change How You Grill

Senior Seminar Advertisment class—George Foreman Grill Advertisement Campaign

Consumer Product Advertisment
Campaign tagline
CHANGE HOW YOU GRILL NOT HOW YOU EAT
Concept—George Foreman Grill is a portable, easy to use, easy to clean, electric in-house grill. For this campaign, I proposed the idea of bringing outside activities indoors. This would be targeted at families and men who love to grill. This product is a great way to grill typical, festive outdoor foods that you would ordinarily cook on the traditional grill, any time, in the convinience of your home. So for instance, "Change how you grill, not how you eat." It doesn’t matter if the weather is nice or not, you can still enjoy the flavors of summer food any time of the season.

Ambient IdeaThe proposal for my ambient/ transit ad is to take over a handful of 18-wheeler tractor trailers and create an ambient truck wrap. On the sides of the truck would be the urban subway advertsiment. The back door would have the bus shelter poster and finally the front would have the graphics "Change how you grill, Not how you eat." On the front of the truck, there would be an open George Foreman Grill with a hamburger patty and spatula, in place of the truck’s grill. I want more of a male audience to see this one, since this product would be excelent for truck drivers who are constantly on the move, they could grill right from their cab. I want men to feel that they can do their favorite thing, grilling, anytime, anywhere they want.
