We're in a culture where people consider and use light leaks on their smart devices as an aesthetic, and use filters to replicate it. I tried do more of the same with a Film camera.

     This time last year I was still saving up for a digital camera. I would often borrow my friend's camera whenever I felt like shooting. And so, I got tired of asking for the constant favours. This one time I was scrolling through Facebook marketplace when an old cheap film camera caught my eye. and i decided to buy it to test it and play around.

     What I didn't expect - to my wonderful surprise was the fact that the camera had a few defects and was in fact a bit broken, allowing light to escape inside and change the photos. I decided to use this to my advantage and in fact play around with an experimental roll of film where i explored with inculcating these light leaks into the composition of my photos.
