Jacht Ad Lab is a student-run advertising agency that I was honored to be apart of for one year (two semesters). While in Jacht I took on the role of a designer and helped be a voice of the creative generation. One project or task of mine was to create banner ads promoting the First Friday events every month. First Friday's are a time of the month in Lincoln where artists and creative members of the community display their work. 

Ethiopia's Unseen is an event hosted by Jacht Ad Lab. This particular art gallery show featured photos taken by the College of Journalism and Mass Communications students on their trip to Ethiopia. I was the designer on the event and helped create banner ads to be displayed through out campus to promote people to attend the viewing. 

For this First Friday event I was to promote Tom Tidball. He is a photojournalist in the Nebraska region that is quite well-known! His work can be seen in his blog or his photo gallery. This particular event was to showcase photos from his "Pow-Wow Plains" collection. 

For this showcase we featured a Jacht student and popular photographer Wyn Wiley. It was my job to portray Wyn as the hip and creative person he is. Also he likes cats.
