Project Description:
The residential villa proposed for Mr. Ramsurrun is one and a half storey building comprising of an attached garage for two cars, kitchen & pantry, living & dining area, a prayer room, tv area, powder room, one office and one guest bedroom on the ground level, while on the first floor it houses a master bedroom and junior bedroom, both in en-suite style and a study cum library area. Each room of the first floor is attached to a balcony area. The services of the house has been camouflaged into the pitched roof in an attic area.

Personal Contribution:
-Drafting of sketches to 2d/3d model using ArchiCAD
-Finalise the Schedule of Area in Ms.Excel
-Worked closely with Ar. Salim Pokun to finalise drawings from the conceptual stages to submission stages to the local district council for approval
-Proposed inputs on the final massing and rood design of the proposal
