Inspired by the 1985 Nintendo video game of the same name, the "Duck Hunt" clock features the dog that would mockingly laugh at a player for failing to shoot down ducks in the game. The clock is meant to be a conversation piece, in that anyone who is familiar with the game will instantly recognize the NES Zapper orange, the clear blue sky, and the hunting dog with whom they have a love/hate relationship.
