A weekend in Gdańsk: Damaged B&W film
We visited Gdańsk, Poland for a long weekend in August 2021. I brought with me my Canon A1 film camera, which was already pre-loaded with black and white film. The streets of Gdańsk are like a fairytale, which actually suited colour more. But I already had this loaded and wanted to see it through to capture a more vintage feel of the city.
Unfortunately during development the film was damaged chemically by a faulty machine. Many shots were completely fine, but some shots were ruined. I actually found it to create some interesting results and wanted to share below.
