This is the first game I ever made; I made this game in one of my art classes (I don’t remember which class). The teacher gave instructions on how to make the game, but we got to chose what we wanted in the game and what the theme was going to be. I was originally going to make it a horror game but decided on an adventurous game. In the game we got to use assets that were already made, but I can’t wait to learn how to make my own assets so I can include them into my own original game. The most difficult thing I had a time with was the coding. I tried my best to understand it but it’s a lot of information I can’t process and remember, I like to design the environment and characters. I had really fun planning out the game and planning out how I wanted my objects and where I wanted them. I think this game is successful because of how I connected the environment and how I made it look medieval. During the process of this game, we got to make enemies and make them fight you and give you damage if you get hit. But overall, I am proud of the project, and I am happy that my first ever game turned out good. I can’t wait to learn more and make more games of my own.
