Preliminary freehand sketches in perspective using the principles of basic geometries boxes/cubes, ellipses, cylinders, and spherical to develop a wide range of speaker dock design forms.
Selecting one of the preliminary form studies, I took the ideation process to the next stage implementing what I want the speaker dock to achieve by incorporating key features that I would want the user to experience and that do not exist in current speaker dock products, most specifically Beats by Dre products.
Beats Speaker Dock system features include brief descriptive text, annotations, and graphic arrows to describe the interactive elements; such as a MagSafe duo charging system, a wireless mobile system, led lighting, and detachable portable feature.
