Martell Caractère Reveal
In collaboration with Forward and Martell, We Are Matik created a projection-mapped performance installation sharing the history and process behind Martell’s Cognac: Caractère, for its unveiling at the Paramour Mansion in Los Angeles.
The immersive and grand installation served as a modern tribute to Cognac making traditions with the thematic concept of “Reveal”. The installation incorporated a series 17 and 20 ft long, vertical sheets of sheer scrim fabric which was projected upon creating a holographic effect in sync with a cinematic soundtrack, a custom built reflective pool, as well as strategically built pedestals to showcase the elegant design of the bottle.
The installation served a dual purpose as the performance portion of the event was held in the ballroom, yet also served as an ambient piece for the large window overlooking the dinner reception outside.
