I Vote Europe Grassroots campaign logo and identity

The I Vote Europe Campaign is a grassroots initiative aiming at reforming the way we vote in Europe by changing Electoral Law. The goal is to make European Elections more transparent, fair, equal and free. The logo illustrates the grassroots movement and is inspired by the famous Solidarnosc logo.
Because it is not easy to control how your logo is going to be used in such a campaign, because of the multiple users involved, not all of them being designers, it needed to be readable on all background, no matter the color or the details of the image behind.
The campaign uses a mix of powerful and funny images to translate the complexity of the reforms into relatable content.

Because of the lack of budget, almost all the pictures used are creative common images. We've used unsplash.com which features amazing free to use pictures from creators all around the globe.
Wikipedia creative common pictures were usefull in getting pictures of politicians involved in the debate.
The campaign also created events with other organisations such as Road to 50% and Voters without borders, so the identity of the campaign had to be compatible with the identity of those organisations.
