Seven Deadly Sins Packaging Design

Logo & Brand Development
The project began with developing a theme surrounding the seven deadly sins. This required research, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the sins and their history.
The theme chosen was types of alcohol. The next step was to research previously existing logos surrounding this theme and collect them in a mood board.
After a great deal of research, a type of alcohol was assigned to each of the sins. For example, vodka was recorded as the most commonly stolen alcohol type in the past several years, so it was assigned to greed. From this point, a fruit that is either an ingredient in the alcohol or a cocktail was chosen for the logos. The open mouths were developed for a fun and unique brand, with a drip added for a bit of extra appeal.

Packaging Development
The next step was to choose the top three logos in the suite and develop consumable packaging. The concept is a three ingredient cocktail kit containing a bottle of prosecco white wine, a carton of peach puree, and a box with dehydrated peaches.

Mood boards were developed for each, researching packaging styles & shapes, as well as developing color schemes and a pattern for each.
