Thai Boxing, (or Muaythai) is for everyone, any size, weight, age, gender, fitness level, etc… can do Muaythai unless -god forbid- there’s a physical injury or a specific condition.
It reflects positively on the whole lifestyle, self-confidence, self-defense, pain and pressure tolerance (mentally and physically), discipline, and anger management. It’s not all violence like what the media might promote.
