Here are some example of various board shapes and precision machining I had the the pleasure of designing for Soda Factory Skateboards. Each outer profile and any other wheel well or inner machining was created with 3D models and then taken to the CNC. The finishes on these boards give them a look that any rider would be scared to scratch up!

Large wheel wells for clearance with multiple wheelbases!

Again, large wheel wells for clearance in drastically different wheelbases. Each spot for truck mounting is machined into the bottom of the deck to eliminate any agle given to the truck by the curvature of the bend of the board. This allows the rider to get lower and stay stable at high speeds. 

One of my favorites! A channel is machined into the center of this board and while carbon is being pressed to its surface a stringer laminated with a beautiful babinga veneer and extra carbon is pressed in as well.
