To promote the launch of Academy Award Winner Danny Boyle's latest film Trance, I worked with the director and executives at Fox to create an immersive site experience that introduces viewers to the highly cerebral themes in the film.

To give users an exciting an memorable introduction to the idea of being placed in a trance-like state, I helped conceptualized an interactive interview with Danny that brings to life the ideas of psychosis, lost memories, femme fatales and more.

All of the doubling and split image visual effects were done practically on stage using mirrors and lights following a diagram developed by Stanley Kubrick.

The site won an FWA award for site of the day on May 6th 2013.
It also won Best in show at the W3 awards, a gold at the Creativity International Awards and another gold at the Davey Awards.
