«DISAPPOINTED, DISPLEASED AND DISSATISFIED TO THE MAX!» (all caps) is an entirely digital work that combines (digital) hand drawing, 3D design, and vector drawing.

The initial idea was to ironically represent a way of living the present times that was Countercultural, Tragic and Comical at the same time. The way of those who DON'T say, «Everything Will Be Fine», but a more Honest, «Everything is Falling Apart».

Then it morphed into something more: alongside an Existentialist Pessimism of Grotesque nature, I superimposed the Denialist 'Feeling' that can be felt everywhere; some situations and characters are stolen from real life, others are Collective Inventions, Paranoias, Absurdities, Myths, Contradictions. Paradoxes. All dropped within a “Galactidiotic Scenery”, because Deniers are everywhere, like Hydrogen.

At one point I think I was shocked by the statistics of people who, out of a kind of 'Resentment' towards the Establishment, choose to believe that the Earth is Flat rather than believe Scientific Truths.
