Homegate Targeted Landing Pages
Support to the product and marketing team for the improvement of targeted content and their conversion rate. 
Methodologies applied: 
UX assessment of the current landing pages, data-analysis to identify the lower converting pages, improvements of the personas and integration of marketing data. Workshops on user-driven content design including SEO Keywords. Touchpoint strategy in collaboration with the marketing team, support with UX/UI design and content improvements recommendations. 

Impact:
Redesign and optimisation of the main landing pages for higher conversion rate.
Overall improvement of the visits on key pages (almost doubled), keyword raking improvement and conversion rate to the listing funnel.
Improved brand and style guide consistency between the main platform and the landing pages (built with a CMS).

Role I played in this project:
As a lead UX designer, I facilitated workshops to ideate solutions involving people from different disciplines (marketing, SEO experts, designers) as well as designed proposals of improvements for landing pages based on best-practices for conversion rate and SEO. Working with other experts I could learn a lot about SEO and user-centered content design.
