To maximize the site, the architects had to have onerous geological servitudes moved. The client required a 12,000m2 flat floor warehouse, with the remainder to be carved up into Mini-Factories. Site dynamics resulted in the bulk being split into 3 buildings with a double loaded ‘promenade’ on the upper level with Iconic bent plate office projecting over the roadway.
