The design task of the hanger is based on the research of the concept and sign, as well as the time of appearance and development of an object such as a hanger. An object of great importance, since it is used on a daily basis, can offer much more than its usual form. Isma offers a solution for storing, and sorting things and clothes when entering or leaving the home, as well as a solution for lightly putting on clothes, where it is possible to sit and put on or take off shoes. Isma is a product that is formally derived from the traditional Bosnian schema. The materialization of the product is retained on two different materials, metal and wood (walnut).The Isma solution we see in the pictures offers three variants of its shape, where it can be sold as a, freestanding bench, a freestanding hanger, or a fixed wall hanger.
As a part of the designed product ideas was to create a unique visual interpretation and comunication through out a logo. The idea was to represent a brand, where you can from the first seeing know that has a unique way of designing stuff. Name "isma", comes from the author's family legacy and tradition in wood furniture making. Logo visualises the combination of wood and metal, which are the main materials used in the unique design signature.
