Product designer Lead UX/UI
I was responsible for leading the design team. I also learned and applied the company’s business needs. I led the end-to-end Product Design process: co-creation with stakeholders, UX research, problem mapping, insights and ideation, wireframes, prototyping, high fidelity UI Design screens, developing the user map flows and scenarios.

Context
The bet.pt Product team had the opportunity to offer to their clients a great deal in bonuses, engagement and fun through the Euro 2020 event. Eurocup is one of the most famous football championships in the world and we were able to be a part of it! 
With a stunning visual and intuitive navigation we were able to provide our users a beautiful experience in terms of gamification and visual features

Problem definition and user-flow
We met with stakeholders to talk about their expectations and goals. After that we created a user flow to help us understand user needs and create a fluid navigation throughout the platform.
Additionally it helped the design team to have an idea of how many screens would be necessary to develop the entire experience

Wireflow
After our discovery phase we created a hi-fi wireframe. Next our stakeholders validated the wire flow that was based off of that wireframe. Doing it this way,  allowed us to have all our questions answered and at this point we were ready to move on to user testing

Moodboard
In the meantime the design team presented their vision of what would be the visual concept for this project and presented it together with the wire-flow presentation. This saved time and gave us the opportunity to validate the visual line for the project

User-tests
With our prototype and script in hands we invited some clients to validate our navigation. Our main concern was deliver a product that was intuitive with a clear message

Analysis
After the tests we analysed the results and put them all together in a powerpoint to present to our stakeholders. We needed to show them our customers´ behaviour and pain points while using the product. We also demonstrated the solutions that we came up with.

User-tests: Fase 2 - Final Design
With the takeaways from the first user test, the team developed a final prototype which included all the improvements. Next we built a new test with new users and also those who were tested the first time, just to compare the results and get a more comprehensive conclusion.

The result was amazing, those who had already tested the product completed the tasks in a shorter period of time and the new group was also faster compared to the first round.
It demonstrated to us that the user experience, with some minor adjustments, was successful.

Results
Outstanding number of customers signed on to the new promotion, increasing revenue compared to the same month last year by 60%.
A great deal in bonuses were distributed, a large amount of engagement on social media was measured and there was a very low rate of customer calls regarding questions about the promotion
