A sleep meditation is a guided breathing exercise where you repeat a word or phrase (affirmation) in your mind while focusing on your breath. This promotes relaxation and helps release the body’s natural “feel-good” chemicals while initiating sleepiness.
Goodnight affirmations can also be used as an evening focus technique for times when we find it difficult to focus on tasks at the end
