Your Mother, Grandmother, and other folks who were thriving in the 70s most likely have memories of macrame. Like most things, macrame and other forms of fiber art have again become a popular home decor accessory. Generally considered a boho/mod aesthetic, macrame is a great way to add a pop of color, texture, or style to your space. 

My wife became interested in fiber arts around 2018. First she was weaving on a loom. After a few pieces, she tried her hand at macrame and fell in love. What started as a hobby soon turned into a side hustle to make room for the new pieces she was making. With the side hustle, she started signing up for markets and needed a logo and other business collateral to help her brand and sell her work and Forest Oak Fiber was born. It has been fun helping support her and her passion with my skill set.
