Over the summer of 2021, I decided to do some freelance work creating illustrated pet portraits with Adobe Illustrator. Once I had posted my first portrait on Facebook and Instagram I had noticed that many friends were interested in my work and asked for pieces done. It was an interesting experience learning how to balance a friendly yet professional setting when creating the pieces for people I knew. It also taught me how to organize files properly for clients in regards to which files were best for printing and/or for posting on social media.
