After being fed up with weather being displayed the same way everywhere I decided to change it up a bit and create Weathertower. This is the first project I did in AS3 and it ties into the Yahoo! Weather API. I used some images from the New York Public Library to create a cityscape then illustrated and animated based on that cityscape. The scene is a reflection of the current weather at the zipcode the user types in at the beginning.
