A while ago I was commissioned to create the visual identity for the beautiful city of Leeuwarden, Netherlands. It was a huge project that covered most iconic places, happenings and overall vibe of the city. Furthermore, it was made to represent Leeuwarden across different seasons to accentuate the best bits of the city at the most perfect time of the year. I'm really proud of the final result and glad to share it with you.

Here are final illustration and the sketch for the summer part of the campaign. In the end, there was a different approach taken here. Client decided to make each character a single illustration. But I love the whole picture too.
