Each one who explores within - within himself. 📚 Sankalpa (सङ्कल्प) comes from the Sanskrit roots san, meaning "a connection with the highest truth," and kalpa, meaning "vow." It is similar to concept of a resolution, except that it comes from even deeper within and tends to be an affirmation. Sankalpa is a tool meant to refine the will, and to focus and harmonize mind and body 🙏
