We started by understanding The challenge was to identify the main pain points in the communication between Commercial and Producer in order to improve it and transfer it to the digital level.

First and foremost we needed to create a platform based on the users and their needs. We had to understand these users and the market.
The results:
The new Design System gave a modern look that differentiates it from the competitors. We knew we were building something big, and we were just starting. That’s why we focused on scalable and reusable components.
UX/UI:
Better User Experience The redesign allowed for a better User Experience in general in desktop, responsive and mobile too
