A dynamic company like GoPro requires speed, agility, and accuracy when it comes
to new product launch. With aggressive timelines and bill-of-materials always in flux, how do you maintain a level of control without stifling creativity? 

My team was in desperate need of this fine balance before I joined. Once onboard, I went to work immediately. With a background in Product Marketing and Project Management, I understood the intricacies of creative chaos and collaboration, meshed with a clear level of communication.
Listening and assessing all team functions (both on GoPro and Stephen Gould Corporation), I was able to extract valuable feedback from Marketing, Operations, and Manufacturing. I designed and deployed multiple document controls and action trackers across all project roadmaps -- helping our teams run more effectively and efficiently. 

GoPro marketing programs ranging from Product Packaging to Point of Purchase Displays to Promotional Collateral -- are now successfully benchmarked and tracked from concept to final deliverable. With manufacturers and retailers located around the world, it's more important than ever to have the transparency and processes in place for a successful product launch!
