Birds & Bees is a final year university showcase project based on a sex education campaign, which focuses on raising awareness on Contraceptive Education in Malaysia. Sex education in general is an important subject matter for growing teens but is considered taboo and indecent in South East Asia. This results in STD or unintended pregnancies that lead to baby dumping, which are rampant in Malaysia.

With Birds and Bees, it aims to destigmatize the taboo and clinical nature of contraception through the campaign’s fun yet vibrant and fresh visuals. This is to help encourage youths to educate and empower themselves into making informed decisions in a fun yet approachable manner.
