These toolkits were part of my internship with the Heartland Center for Jobs and Freedom. This is a sample of the 6+ toolkits we created to provide tenants with an easily accessible resource to cover their rights and some basic questions when it comes to tenant rights. 

Theres images were designed to be used in promotion of the Heather McGhee panel event with the Missouri Workers Center. The images include quotes from Heather and images of McGhee as well as images from Stand Up KC rallies. McGhee discusses Stand Up KC in her book 'The Sum of Us' and the event was a discussion between McGhee and Stand Up KC organizers. 

The Missouri Workers Center in conjunction with KC Tenants and The Heartland Center for Jobs and Freedom came together to push the city to establish a tenants right to counsel in eviction cases. These were mock-ups of potential banners and posters for the announcement of the proposed ordinance and a rally.
