Family Business Place National Conference 2013 intro/stinger
Brief: To create a intro/stinger animation for Family Business Place to be played at the opening sequence of the National Conference in Nov 2013. The piece should include all speakers, provided facts/statistics and the FBP national conference heart vector identity.
Solution: When looking at previous years intros/stingers as examples, I noticed that they were created in a showreel/slideshow setup, and the client wanted a similar style for 2013. So in terms of animation it was rather limited to the clever use of transitioning effects, mixed with my own style. The only animation which was not slideshow related were the fact and figures sections. This allowed me to take elements of the heart identity and involve them more in the animation as shown.

The final piece is shown below and it was played during the opening of the national conference at the Royal Institution, London. I was lucky enough to see this and meet most of the people showcased in this intro/stinger.
