目的 Purpose ——
由株式会社 GIFT 所打造的不動產品牌 Prima Series，是專門為女性量身打造的單身公寓，透過投資人出資建設，交付株式会社 Frontier Home 執行租賃業務管理與宣傳。
The real estate brand "Prima Series", created by GIFT Co., Ltd., is a apartment customized for single women. It is constructed by investors and delivered to Frontier Home Co., Ltd. to execute leasing business management and promotion.
視覺 Visualization ——
Prima Series 在日本租賃市場中相當強烈的特色，且已經具有一定知名度，因此在設計上同時並置 Prima Series 的品牌和租賃公司FH兩者Logo，並使用 Prima Series 品牌的中性粉色定作網站視覺主調。

Prima Series has a very strong feature in Japanese leasing market and already has a certain reputation. Therefore, both the Prima Series brand and the rental company FH logo are juxtaposed in the design. The neutral pink of the Prima Series brand is used as the main visual tone of the website.
架構 Structure ——
因為物件數不多，加上預算和動線的考量下，刪減了列表頁，至多兩層的結構讓使用者能更快速的進入內容頁瀏覽。另外為了降低網站內容維護者的學習成本，刪減不需要更新的欄位，客製輕量化的CMS系統，讓沒有經驗的維護者也能無痛上手。

Because there are not many items, and considering budget and user flow, we deleted the list page in order to allow users to browse the content page more quickly just in two layers structure. In addition, in order to reduce the training cost of website content maintainers, the fields that do not need to be updated are deleted, and the lightweight CMS system is customized, so that inexperienced maintainers can get started without pain.
