[Eng] A highly traditional Spanish food restaurant located in the old district / historical centre of Murcia. Owner and chef J.J Guillén strives to offer exciting dishes in a friendly familiar and welcoming setting.

As part of Al-Andalus, Murcia also has strong roots from that era; see La Murcia Andalusí (711-1243). They left a tangible and intangible cultural legacy as well as lot of memorable constructions.

Our response was set to use all this cultural context to our advantage in order to create an identity with the aim of making it last over time as Al-Ándalus made.

[Cas] Un restaurante de comida española muy tradicional situado en el casco antiguo / centro histórico de Murcia. El propietario y chef J.J Guillén se esfuerza por ofrecer platos interesantes en un entorno familiar y acogedor.

Como parte de Al-Andalus, Murcia también tiene fuertes raíces de esa época; véase La Murcia Andalusí (711-1243). Dejaron un legado cultural tangible e intangible, así como muchas construcciones memorables.

Nuestra respuesta fue utilizar todo este contexto cultural a nuestro favor para crear una identidad con el objetivo de que perdure en el tiempo como lo hizo Al-Ándalus.
