In this stock photo series the goal was to capture real moments that happen during the WOD. (crossfit term for work out of the day) Instead of staging certain peak action movements I had the group do an actual work out from beginning to end. There is a slight sacrifice in lighting and technical quality but in exchange you get the real emotion/intensity these amazing athletes put out. Below are some of my favorites from the shoot with a couple extras we shot on the roof at the bottom.
