I loved the experience of making this piece! This has evolved into something I'm happy to see every day hanging in my wall as a reminder of the taíno animism. To love and respect nature. To be grateful for the light that shines over us every morning to wake us up, and the sleepy moon that soothes us to sleep every night. It’s the simple things that matter the most, and most of the time we take it all for granted.
