DesignThinkers is Canada’s leading design conference, hosted by the RGD (Association of Registered Graphic Designers).

 

In 2011 the RGD approached Parcel Design to help create materials for the conference using connectivity as the theme. Instead of just conveying the message, I thought “why not actually connect designers?” and have them participate in creating the materials. Nine studios across Canada participated in an exquisite corpse which was then used as a pattern for the materials. The concept was very well-received, and raised the bar for conceptual thinking and collaboration within the design community
